  'Enterprise' Classic Yacht

San Sebastién, Spain

Cooking
All cooking systems are fuelled by ‘Camping Gas’ from bottles stored in the lazarette. There are three standard sized bottles and a smaller one. One is connected to the main cabin and one to the barbecue (in practice this acts as a spare as the barbecue is only used occasionally). In addition, the other full sized bottle and the small one act as spares.

Main Cabin

A gimbaled 'Equator 2' two burner hob and oven. The grill can be used as a toaster when there is no shore power. The hob has a retaining  guard and is equipped with fiddles. We have had two s.s. adapters made to accommodate slow simmering and our espresso coffee maker. There is a full range of pots, pans and cutlery. When we are on shore power we use the electric kettle and toaster.

Cockpit

A gas-fired barbeque is mounted on the push pit rail. It is fitted with ceramic tiles to give an even heat. We have found this to be well used in hot weather to avoid heating up the main cabin and on summer nights when we dine under the stars.
